Asamodagam

Our Organic Asamodagam (Wild Celery/Bishop’s Weed) bunch consists of fresh, pesticide-free leaves renowned in Sri Lanka as a potent digestive tonic. Often known for its distilled spirit, the fresh leaves are equally valuable for preparing Asamodagam Kenda (porridge) or traditional Sambol. These leaves are packed with thymol and antioxidants, making them an essential Ayurvedic remedy for relieving indigestion, reducing bloating, and supporting respiratory health.
